REFUND POLICY:

We DO NOT offer returns, replacements, refunds, or exchanges on ANY item due to items being made to order. ALL sales are FINAL! IF you'd like to cancel your order, order went over the normal TAT, or the item(s) are out of stock you will receive store credit for the item(s) in your order!

HOW TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT:

To use your store credit visit spursandspades.com, click the 3 lines in the top left corner, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on the person icon, log in with the email associated with your previous order, from there you will see the store credit available to you that you may use at anytime! 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are made to order with a turn around time of 7-14 days (holidays are NOT included). This is subject to change due to weather delays, postal service delays, or unforeseen situations. 

If a package is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address. We ARE NOT responsible and there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges due to this being out of our control. You will need to contact USPS & file a claim!
